鉄のフライパンは空焼きしないと結局焦げ付くので空焼きしてからの油の焼き入れは、十分意味ありますよ。鉄のフライパンは使い終わったあと、普通の物とは違った手入れが必要だった気がします。一回焦がしてしまうとリセットしないと駄目なんですよね。渋い道具使いこなせるとカッコイイですよね。。

リセットが中途半端(焦げつきを全部とれなかった)だったのがまだらになってしまい「うぉ…」とちょっとひいてしまったのかもです。

道具を渋く使いこなしたいです!!!
